All our rooms are now available for hire with fine dining catering services by Roux at Parliament Square.

Dan Cox - Head Chef
Dan Cox’s vision for the style and menu at Roux at Parliament Square is one of simplicity, flavour and provenance. His aim is to source seasonal produce of the highest quality, lifting flavour and respecting the integrity of the ingredients. His food is modern European in influence, with the majority of the produce coming from the UK.
He was chosen for his new role at Roux at Parliament Square by his mentor, Michel Roux Jnr who says of Dan: "He has the enthusiasm and knowledge that leads to success. He has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist."
